I just got the chance to listen to Greg Gianforte’s talk the 2006 MySQL User’s Conference. Greg has a great grasp of what it takes to bootstrap a company. I love the sell first, build second approach to product development. After all, if you can’t sell it, what’s the purpose in building it.
